Subprocessors

🏗️

This list is verified, not assumed

Digibility lists a provider here only where its production use as a subprocessor is verified, not merely because a related dependency exists.

🔌

Connected platforms are different from subprocessors

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Search Console are platforms you authorize Digibility to read your own data from, not services Digibility sends your data to.

List may change

Digibility updates this list as its infrastructure evolves and will note when an item changes status.

Introduction

Digibility uses a small number of third-party service providers to operate, host, and deliver the platform. This page lists the subprocessors Digibility has verified as currently in production use, and separately identifies platforms customers connect themselves, which are not subprocessors. This page should be read together with Digibility's Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Terms & Conditions.

What is a Subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes customer data or personal data on Digibility's behalf so that Digibility can deliver the service. This is different from a platform you connect yourself: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google Search Console, you are authorizing Digibility to read data from your own account on that platform, not authorizing Digibility to send your data to it for processing.

Verified Subprocessors

Database and Application Infrastructure

  • Supabase: Digibility's production database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
  • Vercel: Digibility's production application hosting.

AI-Assisted Processing

Digibility uses AI providers to help analyze signals and generate parts of a report and its recommendations. This is a legally required disclosure of the providers involved in processing; it does not change Digibility's practice of not naming AI providers in the ordinary product experience.

  • Anthropic: AI-assisted analysis and content generation.
  • OpenAI: AI-assisted analysis and content generation, including AI-visibility checks.

Analysis Data Providers

To generate parts of a visibility report, Digibility sends the website and business details you provide to the following data providers and uses their response as evidence in your report:

  • DataForSEO: search, ranking, and related SEO data.
  • Google (PageSpeed Insights): website performance data.
  • Google (YouTube Data API): public video and channel signals where relevant to a business's social visibility.

Connected Platforms (Not Subprocessors)

If you choose to connect the following platforms, Digibility reads the data you authorize directly from your own account on that platform. Each remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook (Meta)
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Search Console

Google Analytics (GA4) is shown in the product as a future, not-yet-available connection; no data is collected from it today. Google Business Profile is not currently integrated with Digibility.

Candidate Not Yet Confirmed for Production

Digibility's repository contains configuration for deploying the application on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run) as a future hosting option. As of this page's last update, that cutover has not been executed and Digibility's verified production hosting is Vercel, listed above. This candidate is flagged here for Founder and legal review and will be added above only once verified as live.

No Payment Processor

Digibility does not currently charge fees or process payments, so no payment processor is listed as a subprocessor.
