You must comply with the rules of any third-party platform you connect to Digibility.

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may access and use Digibility's website, free visibility report, account, connected-data features, and Fix It capability. It forms part of Digibility's Terms & Conditions. If you violate this policy, Digibility may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.

Permitted Use

You may use Digibility only for lawful, legitimate business purposes, such as assessing your own business's visibility, connecting platforms you own or are authorized to manage, and reviewing recommendations for your own use.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Digibility to create, request, or publish unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content, including content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or impersonates a person or business without authorization.

Platform Connections

You may only connect a social or search platform account that you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with that platform's own terms and policies for anything Digibility helps you review or plan.

Prohibited Platform Misuse

You must not misuse Digibility through scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass security controls or usage limits.

AI-Assisted Content

AI-assisted features must be used responsibly. You must review and verify AI-assisted output before publishing it or relying on it, and must not use it to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

Fix It Requests

You must only submit a Fix It request for action you are authorized to have performed on your business's behalf, and must provide accurate information needed to complete it.

Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is misusing Digibility, contact us at info@digibility.ai with a description of the incident.
