Introduction
Digibility is the Second Marketing Brain for a Business. This Privacy Policy explains how Digibility collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the free visibility report, connect a platform, create an account, or use the Fix It capability during Digibility's current private beta.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with Digibility's Terms & Conditions, Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessors page, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Digibility's website, free visibility report, authenticated account, connected-data features, and the Fix It capability.
It does not apply to third-party websites, social platforms, or other services that are not controlled by Digibility. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms, and you should review them separately.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
To generate a free visibility report, you provide your website URL, primary goal, business type, target customer description, and the geography you serve. A business name is optional. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password.
Information from platforms you connect
If you choose to connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google Search Console, Digibility accesses the data those platforms make available under the permissions you grant, such as profile information, published content, engagement signals, and search performance data. Digibility only accesses a connected platform after you complete that platform's own authorization flow, and only for the scope you approve. Other platforms may be shown as coming soon; no data is collected from a platform until it is actually connected.
Information generated by the assessment
Digibility generates a visibility score, category signals, and recommendations based on the website and business information you provide and, where connected, the platform data described above.
Fix It requests
If you accept a Fix It action, Digibility records that request, its lifecycle status, and any completion detail or link you or Digibility's team add while fulfilling it.
Technical and usage information
Like most web applications, Digibility's servers process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser information) to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to generate your visibility report and score, operate your account and Saved Reports, connect and sync the platforms you authorize, fulfill Fix It requests you accept, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Digibility does not sell your personal data.
AI-Assisted Processing
Digibility may use AI-assisted systems to help analyze the information you provide and connected-platform data, and to help generate parts of your report and recommendations. AI-assisted output may contain errors and should be treated as a starting point, not a verified fact, particularly for anything you plan to act on.
How We Share Information
Digibility shares information with the service providers that help run the platform, such as our database and hosting infrastructure and our AI-assisted processing providers, only as needed to provide the service to you. It does not share your personal data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
See the Subprocessors page for the current, verified list of service providers that may process data on Digibility's behalf.
Retention
Digibility retains report, account, and connected-platform data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including keeping your Saved Reports available and your connected platforms functioning. Digibility has not yet established fixed retention periods for every data category; if you request deletion of your data, see "Your Rights and Account Deletion" below.
Security
Digibility applies reasonable administrative and technical measures, such as access controls on its systems, to help protect the information it holds. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Digibility cannot guarantee absolute security. Digibility has not obtained a third-party security certification (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001) for this platform.
International Processing
Digibility and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one you are located in. Where this applies, Digibility relies on the safeguards its service providers make available for cross-border processing.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Digibility uses the session mechanisms needed to keep you signed in and to complete the OAuth connection flow with platforms you authorize. Digibility does not currently operate third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
Your Rights and Account Deletion
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Digibility does not yet offer self-service account or data deletion in the product. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at info@digibility.ai and we will handle your request manually.
Children
Digibility is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Digibility does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this Policy
Digibility may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. This policy is drafted internally and remains subject to professional legal review.
