Introduction
This Data Processing Addendum describes how Digibility processes personal data when it provides its website, free visibility report, account and Saved Reports, connected-data features, and Fix It capability. It forms part of Digibility's Terms & Conditions and should be read with the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page.
Roles of the Parties
Where you provide personal data about yourself or your business, you generally act as the data controller and Digibility generally acts as a data processor providing the service to you. Digibility acts as an independent controller for its own account administration, security, and service-improvement data.
Definitions
- Customer Data: the website, business, and connected-platform information you provide or authorize Digibility to access.
- Data Controller: the party determining the purposes and means of processing.
- Data Processor: Digibility, processing data on behalf of the controller to provide the service.
- Subprocessor: a verified third-party service provider Digibility engages to help deliver the service, disclosed on the Subprocessors page.
Processing Purpose
Digibility processes customer data to generate the visibility report and score, sync the platforms you connect, fulfill Fix It requests you accept, and operate your account, and for no other purpose without your authorization.
Security Measures
Digibility applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, such as access controls on its systems, appropriate to a private-beta product. Digibility has not obtained a third-party security certification (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001) for this platform, and this Addendum does not represent otherwise.
Subprocessors
Digibility's verified subprocessors, and any candidate provider whose role is not yet fully confirmed, are listed on the Subprocessors page. Digibility will update that page as its infrastructure changes.
International Transfers
Digibility's subprocessors may process data in countries other than yours. Digibility relies on the safeguards those subprocessors make available for cross-border processing.
Legal Scope of this Addendum
This Addendum is drafted internally to describe Digibility's current processing practices in good faith. It does not represent a specific contractual mechanism (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or a compliance certification unless and until expressly agreed in a separate, signed document. Customers with specific contractual data-processing requirements should contact Digibility directly.
